These conditions define the procedures of shopping in our online store. They consist of ordering, payment, delivery, reclamation and/or returns procedures. Additionally, they regulate customer privacy and data processing. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and completing your respective order, you as a Buyer are entering into a binding Agreement with us as a Seller. It is possible to see and order all products from our Online Boutique listings. NOTE: Our regular collections, that are not a part of the IGOR Limited Edition, can’t be purchased online.


You can shop either as a registered or unregistered buyer. By registering, you are providing us with your data and allowing us to use your data for marketing purposes.


After visiting our Online Boutique and deciding on product(s) the buyer wishes to buy, by selecting the chosen product(s) and putting it into the Cart, the buyer will be directed to TILL page, where they as registered or unregistered buyers can proceed with the payment. Depending on the chosen way of payment, they make the payment and the order is thereby placed. The Seller then gets the confirmation of the order along with the confirmation of the order payment. Consequently, the Buyer gets an e-mail notification from the Seller that the order has been processed, and the receipt is sent in the package, along with the ordered product(s).


All prices in IGOR Online Boutique EU are given in HRK and include VAT. Our special Plug-in provides you with the conversion to EUR based on the exchange rate of the European Bank. By confirming your order, you are accepting the given prices on that day. Each product has a basic price determined and given by the Seller. SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL EU COUNTRIES. All prices are valid until replaced by new ones and the Seller holds the right to change the prices. Total prices may be subject to additional bank charges for conversions.


While shopping with us within the EU, you can choose between the payment through your PayPal account. Products will be shipped upon receiving the confirmation of your payment.


Orders in our Online Boutique can be placed 24/7, and all orders can be processed only through Online Boutique cart. Once made and confirmed by us, orders will be shipped within 24 hrs, if the conditions allow so. All orders placed on weekends or holiday days will be processed on the first business day after that. All buyers are requested to enter the correct shipment data in order for the package to be safely delivered. We hold no responsibility if the data are entered incorrectly by the buyer.

After the transaction confirmation, the Buyer will receive the notification that the product is available and has been processed and waiting to be shipped.

We sell and ship only to the EU-member states. All products will be shipped in agreement with our courier services (UPS, HP Express), and the prices and delivery deadlines are as follows:

  1. EU STANDARD SERVICE (2-3 working days)

  2. CROATIA STANDARD SERVICE (1-2 working days)

We hold no responsibility for the possible delays in shipping if it is out of our control. The delivery deadlines given are only given as a guide.

We hold the right to change our shipping and delivery terms.


Claims, reclamations:
A buyer has the right to claim and/or return the order in case of:

  • the delivered product does not match the ordered one

  • delivered product does not match the producer’s specifications

  • products have been damaged in delivery

If the Buyer notices any of the above-listed problems, please immediately contact our Customer service at:, and we will respond as soon as possible. The Buyer needs to describe the problem, send a photo evidence, and refer to the product article number and name. Upon our check and confirmation, the Buyer is obliged to ship the product back to us at the earliest convenience, and within 14 days longest. Outside of that period, we hold the right not to accept the claim.

The product has to be returned unused, with all labels, hang tags and all other accessories with it, along with a copy of the receipt. It has to be returned in a protected box, in the same way it was delivered to the Buyer. All returns that do not match with the above-listed criteria will not be considered as valid. The Buyer will be responsible for the shipment back, and it needs to be shipped with a courier service with a tracking system. All returns are to be sent to:


The Buyer will either be refunded for the product, or the product will be replaced by the same, new one, depending on the stock availability.

We DO NOT accept reclamations that are a result of improper care of our sold products (hot ironing of delicate clothes, high temperature machine washing if it is not allowed, improper handling, etc).

Also, please note all items marked SALE are not eligible for return!

Additionally, according to the Croatian Consumer Protection Law, a Buyer has a right to cancel this Agreement and withdraw their purchase within 14 days starting from the day they received the product(s). The product(s) have to be returned in the same way and under same conditions as listed above, in the case of reclamation, with a copy of the receipt. The shipment expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer.
